Billy was made from a 12" puppet figure and tricycle combo produced by Neca. I took parts from
both, then scratch-built the rest. Everything remains connected during transformation, no
"parts-forming. I took the sound chip from Billy and installed it in the custom base, which quotes
six lines straight from the movie at the push of a button. Let the game begin...
