(2008) This is the finished, 2nd-version of the 5-foot Tonka-Devastator. Based mostly on Tonka mighty vehicles and an off-brand r/c-excavator for Scavenger. Devastator is 5-feet tall, has a pivoting-waist, posable arms, hands & neck and complete with a light-up visor.
